MFA has been re-enabled on all servers. (August 20, 2018, 12:08 p.m.)
On August 20, 2018 from 8:10 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., users who had MFA enabled were unable to sign into UCLA SSO. This is because DUO, our MFA vendor, is currently experiencing an outage to their service.
As a temporary measure, the IAMUCLA team has disabled MFA for all users until Duo has restored service.
