Campus Data Center Partial Outage on August 6, 2020: Resolved

There is a partial outage in the campus data center, which is potentially impacting access to remote resources.

2:50 p.m. -- The issue should now be resolved. IT Services worked with the vendor to identify the failed component and implemented a workaround to restore service. If you continue to experience issues with the UCLA network or services, please contact the IT Support Center at (310) 267-HELP (4357) or help@it.ucla.edu

2:05 p.m. -- IT Services engineers are currently working with the vendor to resolve the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience and will continue to post updates as new developments occur.

Thursday, August 6, 2020 11:30 a.m. -- IT Services has detected a service issue in the Campus Data Center, potentially impacting the ability to access some remote resources.  The issue started on Thursday, 8/6/2020, around 11:30 a.m. 

IT Services engineers are working on the problem. We will provide additional information to you as soon as it becomes available. We apologize for any inconvenience.
