Campus VPN (L2TP) Outage on 5/22: Resolved

Users may be experiencing issues connecting to Campus VPN via the L2TP protocol.

3:32 p.m. -- The issue regarding Campus VPN connections via the L2TP protocol should now be resolved.

2:49 p.m. -- Campus VPN connections via the L2TP protocol are currently experiencing issues. Users may be able to connect to the L2TP VPN successfully, but after connecting no web pages will load.

IT Services is investigating the issue. There is no timetable yet for resolution. Please note that Campus VPN connections via SSL VPN / Cisco AnyConnect or the IPSec protocol are not affected.

In the interim, IT Services recommends connecting to SSL VPN. Instructions on how to download and install the Cisco AnyConnect software can be found here.
