Campus VPN (SSL) Outage on 4/17: Resolved

Users may be experiencing issues connecting to Campus VPN via the SSL protocol.

4:42 p.m. -- The issue regarding Campus VPN connections via the SSL protocol should now be resolved.

4:24 p.m. -- Campus VPN connections via the SSL (Cisco AnyConnect) protocol are currently experiencing issues. If a user attempts connecting to Campus VPN via the SSL protocol they may receive the following error message or something similar: "AnyConnect cannot confirm it is connected to your secure gateway. The local network may not be trustworthy. Please try another network."

IT Services is investigating the issue. There is no timetable yet for resolution. Please note that Campus VPN connections via the L2TP or the IPSec protocol are not affected.
