Duo and UCLA SSO issues

Multifactor authentication (MFA) has been restored, and the issue with Duo is resolved. 

Update: 10:08 a.m.

Duo has restored service about 30 minutes ago. We have tested our test instances and things look good. We will begin restoring MFA on UCLA SSO shortly.

We’re experiencing problems with Duo, which is impacting users signing into UCLA Single Sign-On (SSO). As a workaround, multi-factor authentication has been temporarily disabled, until the issue with Duo is resolved. We’re working with Duo to restore service.
