Information about IT Services Customer Forum on November 4, 2015

Dear Colleagues,

I am pleased to invite you to our IT Services Customer Forum on the morning of Wednesday, November 4th. The agenda will include some updates (e.g., scope of services and growth in our campus partnerships; new cloud-based services for web content management and platform support; progress on the implementation of our unified communications plan; and latest developments in the campus IT security program direction and planning), but we hope to spend most of the forum hearing from you.
