The login issue with the IT Services VPN has been resolved.
Update, 9:25 a.m. —This issue has been resolved, and logging in via the VPN is now working as intended. The root cause was a missing group-membership in the Enterprise Directory run by IAMUCLA, that caused ITS staff to be missing
an entitlement attribute that identified them as being eligible to use the ITS VPN. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Update, 8:31 a.m. — The issue is limited to the IT Services VPN; the campus VPN is functioning normally.
We’re getting reports that some users may be experiencing issues logging in via the campus VPN. We’ll update when we learn more.
