For UCLA Health customers, we are currently working on assessing phone lines and migrating users to Zoom softphones. Physical phone deployment will occur once all softphones have been migrated.

New physical phones deployed through Bruin Voice are covered by a one-year warranty provided by ITS. Older VoIP phones that are converted to be Zoom compatible do not qualify for a warranty if they were initially installed more than a year ago.
