Wireless Network Access

UCLA provides limited wireless networking services on campus to anyone with a wireless-enabled laptop or mobile device. Many popular public locations, such as Ackerman Union, Northern Lights, Kerckhoff Hall, Powell Library, Charles E. Young Library, and the Faculty Center, are included in the coverage area. For a more detailed list of coverage areas, please see the UCLA wireless campus map.

For information on the campus wireless network and how to connect, please visit our online wireless knowledge base.

eduroam

Eduroam is the recommended network for active students, staff, and faculty as it provides the highest level of security. When prompted for your username, you must enter your UCLA Logon and append @ucla.edu after the username (so you would enter myuclalogon@ucla.edu as the username). The password is your UCLA Logon password.

Guest and Visitor Access

Faculty and staff may create guest wireless accounts for campus visitors. For instructions, please visit the Guest Network Logon ID page.
