IAMUCLA Support and the IT Services (ITS) teams will perform a Disaster Recovery (DR) exercise of the UCLA Single Sign-On (SSO) service on Sunday, 3/24/2024 from 1-2 a.m. PT. This is to ensure that critical applications will function as expected during an outage.
While not expected, if you or one of your users experience an issue with accessing applications using SSO during or after the testing window, please wait a few minutes and retry, and/or check the UCLA Service Status page for the latest updates. Please open a support ticket if the issue persists.
