Administrative Systems & Services During the Campus Closure 2018-19

Dec 22, 2018 - Jan 1, 2019 - our office hours and systems hours of availability will be modified because of the university closure.

From Saturday, December 22, 2018 through Tuesday, January 1, 2019, IT Services Business Applications, Campus Voice and Backbone Network Operations will be available as normal unless noted below.

The Campus Data Center will be staffed 24/7, and support staff will be available to assist if there are critical needs. While IT Services offices will be closed, technical staff will be on-call and available to resolve emergency and critical issues. For assistance during the closure, please contact IT Services Client Support at (310) 825-8000 or clientsupport@it.ucla.edu. Normal support will resume on Wednesday, January 2nd.

  • January 3 by 9 am –Business & Finance Services approves refund files
  • January 7 - BAR month End processing
Printing No print output will be delivered to Murphy Hall unless arranged in advance. Print output delivery will resume on January 2nd.
