Duo Scheduled Maintenance, May 3, 2020, from 12:00 a.m. - 12:15 a.m.

On Sunday, May 3, from 12 a.m. – 12:15 a.m., IT Services will be performing maintenance on our Duo service.

On Sunday, May 3, from 12 a.m. – 12:15 a.m., IT Services will be performing maintenance on our Duo service (Multi-factor Authentication) to allow the WebAuthN feature to be enabled at a future date. The maintenance window’s expected to last 15 minutes.

During this time, users may experience a time-out error while using Duo to authenticate for Single Sign-On. If that occurs, please wait a moment and then retry authentication. If users are already authenticated and logged into services via SSO and Duo before the maintenance window begins at midnight, they shouldn’t experience any disruption in service.
