The maintenance that ServiceNow had originally scheduled for this Friday, June 12, has been postponed to July 17, 2020. We will send additional reminders on the upcoming maintenance as the new date approaches.

On Friday, June 12, 2020, from 5:00 p.m. to midnight., our IT Support Portal vendor will be performing network backbone maintenance on their US data centers.

The IT Support Portal will be functional during the maintenance period; however, it will experience multiple occurrences of downtime. Each occurrence will last less than three minutes; the total downtime during the maintenance window will not exceed 15 minutes of traffic interruption. If you are logged into the IT Support Portal during that time, please wait a few minutes, then try to reconnect.
