The IAMUCLA support team will be upgrading the Enterprise Directory (LDAP) server software on Friday April 24, 2020, at 11:59 p.m.

The IAMUCLA support team will be upgrading the Enterprise Directory (LDAP) server software on Friday April 24, 2020, at 11:59 p.m. The upgrade should be finished before 3:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 25.

VPN login issues: Resolved

The login issue with the IT Services VPN has been resolved.

Update, 9:25 a.m. —This issue has been resolved, and logging in via the VPN is now working as intended. The root cause was a missing group-membership in the Enterprise Directory run by IAMUCLA, that caused ITS staff to be missing 
an entitlement attribute that identified them as being eligible to use the ITS VPN. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

IAMUCLA Maintenance on July 1 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The IAMUCLA team will be performing maintenance on Production IAM Accounts

On July 1, 2018, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., the IAMUCLA team will be performing maintenance on the Production IAM Accounts (https://accounts.iam.ucla.edu) service. During this time, we will be incorporating password management of QDB Logon ID’s into IAM Accounts and apply some minor text changes. The change should be transparent and there should be no outage to the service.
