The IT Services Infrastructure Support Team will be implementing an UCS firmware upgrade on May 15, 2021, from 1:00 a.m. to 5:59 a.m. There should be no impact to the availability of all services.
A Zoom call will be open during the maintenance window on March 22 starting at 12:00 a.m. to provide IT Services, customers and our stakeholders a forum where they can request status or ask questions during the upgrade.
Note: Please do not use the Zoom line as a technical forum since our customers and stakeholders may be on the line.
