The T-Mobile carrier partial outage can affect UCLA users who use a T-Mobile phone for the Call option in Duo.

Monday, June 15th, 2020 -- 2:04 p.m. -- T-Mobile is currently experiencing system-wide issues with both inbound and outbound phone calls and text messages. Other wireless carriers may also be experiencing similar issues as well. This may affect users who use the Call or Text option to authenticate through Duo. Note that the Duo Mobile app should not be affected. Instructions on how to install and activate Duo Mobile can be found here.
