The IT Services Training Center has produced a new video playlist, VoIP Custom User Preferences. This playlist provides instruction on common personalized preferences to maximize the new series of VoIP telephones provided by IT Services. Some of the common features on the telephone include personalized labels and saving speed dial keys as well as the ability to forward all calls while away from one’s desk.
