We’ve found a workaround, and the VPN should be functioning normally now.
Update, 9:02 a.m. — A workaround for the underlying issue with the VPN is in place. It is not a permanent fix, but it does mean that the VPN should be back to normal functionality.
We’ve detected a service issue with the ITS and campus VPN systems, impacting your ability to access resources remotely. The issue started on Saturday, 5/30, around 8:15 a.m. The Network Services team is working on the problem. We will provide additional information to you as soon as it becomes available.
