Today, UCLA reaches a key milestone in its effort to better protect its digital infrastructure and asset. UCLA Administration becomes the first major campus organization to require its staff to use multi-factor authentication (MFA) when signing into campus VPN and all UCLA Single Sign-On (SSO)-protected applications. MFA is a security feature aimed to protect UCLA Logon account holders from hackers attempting to steal user passwords.
