As of Sunday, July 1st, 2018, you will be able to manage your QDB Logon account at the same site where you manage your UCLA Logon account!
Using the Identity & Accounts Manager (IAM Accounts) you will be able to look up your QDB Logon and change your password. For password resets, please call the IT Support Center at 310.825.8000, option 2 for assistance.
For those who manage QDB Applications IDs, this new tool will also allow you to look up the IDs you manage and change their passwords. For password resets please call the IT Support Center at 310.825.8000, option 2 for assistance.
You will need your UCLA Logon ID and to be registered for MFA (if you are an employee) to sign into IAM Accounts. If you don’t have a UCLA Logon ID, you can create one at https://accounts.iam.ucla.edu.
