Good news: We’re planning to upgrade Cognos on Sunday, August 20, 2017 from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. This upgrade is required for maintenance and will enable behind-the-scenes enhancements to the system. There will be no major impact to the portal, query studio, scheduling, or other features, but you will notice slight changes in the application’s appearance.
What You Need to Do
Once the upgrade is completed, you will need to remove some temporary files before using the new version of Cognos. We’ve posted instructions on this simple removal process.
We look forward to providing these updates to Cognos. In the meantime, please check the minimum requirements for information on supported software, including web browsers and MS Office versions.
