IT Services is pleased to announce the IT Support Center, which focuses the efforts of support teams within ITS to present a common, easy-to-use interface for the UCLA community to get help from ITS. Our new "front door" is the portal site, available at https://ucla.service-now.com/support.
IT Services Student Billing and Receivables will be performing annual archive on Sunday, 7/28/19, from approximately 1:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. During this time, BAR mainframe CICS screens and data will be unavailable. BruinBill will be in maintenance and view only mode for BAR. Also Transportation and Housing will be in maintenance mode from approximately 1:30 a.m. to 2:30 a.m.
