IT Services, Network Services, will be doing code upgrades and VPC configurations on Data Center Network Nexus switches on Sunday, May 19, from 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. The maintenance will affect all hosts in Math Sciences Data Center connected to Data Center infrastructure. There will be intermittent network connectivity issues during the maintenance time.

On Tuesday, May 7, 2019, from 1:00 a.m. - 4:00 a.m., the IAMUCLA team will be performing maintenance on the Production UCLA Single Sign On (SSO) service. During this time, we will be making a minor configuration change to enable integration with a Service Provider. The change will be transparent and there should be no outage to the service.

On Saturday, February 2, 2019, at 8 a.m., IT Services will be migrating the Time Reporting System (TRS) to new servers. Traffic will be routed by A10 to the new servers, increasing availability and reliability for TRS in UC Path. During the migration, there will be a brief outage for approximately 30 minutes, and access to TRS will be restored once the migration's complete.
Mac OS 10.14 users with Sophos Anti-Virus installed will experience an error when attempting to connect to UCLA_WIFI using Safari. This issue has been resolved by Sophos. If you are still experiencing issues please make sure that Sophos Anti-Virus is updated to the latest version on your Mac.
On Thurs, Jan. 17, at 7 p.m., the Network Services team will be updating the SSL certificate to remove weak ciphers, as part of following security best practices for the A10 Load Balancer. Connections to the Enterprise Data Warehouse application will be briefly interrupted while the SSL certificate is updated.
