The UCLA IT Services -- Network Services team will be updating the Cisco AnyConnect VPN client to v4.6.00362 on Monday, April 30th at 4:00PM. The update should not affect service as the client will automatically update the next time a user connects to the VPN.

The UCLA IT Services Network Services team will be performing campus VPN and Wi-Fi maintenance on Sunday, April 22nd, from 7:00AM – 3:00PM. During the maintenance window, users may experience intermittent connectivity to the campus VPN and/or Wireless service.
The IAMUCLA team will be performing maintenance on Production UCLA Single Sign On (SSO) on April 15th from 6:00 am to 10:00 am. The maintenance should be transparent; no outage is expected to UCLA SSO. During this time, the “Remember Me” feature will be added to UCLA SSO MFA. On approved applications, users will no longer be prompted for MFA for 12 hours after successfully a successful sign in and MFA authentication.
Students will be required to activate multi-factor authentication on April 17, 2018.
